Message | We are almost impartial to Article 1 - we have no position on this either way, and could vote for this legislation if it were by itself, as we believe it to be a very unimportant issue. However, we do not agree with Article 2, nor do we agree with the status quo of recycling policy. If this country is to have a recycling program, it should be determined by local governments. We do not want to increase the centralized power of the federal government and its concentrated authority. |
