Message | Indeed. What we meant is for slavery to be done in such as way as was permitted by our ancestors (Islamic slavery versus North Atlantic slavery. The idea of being indentured for a period of time until the debt is done, for the slave to own slaves himself, and not the whip-crackin-cotton-pickin-national disgrace that was slavery in the West) |
