| Message | No, it ensures stale RP within the nation. By democratising the ability to propose the cabinet, to hold onto power becomes more of a challenge, and it makes for a better RP, since it is otherwise impossible to bring down a bad government. Just think how easily the Union of the Godless would have been quelled with such legislation. |
