Message | We have tried this before and it is a bad idea (all parties will propose 10 different cabinets) Plus there has to be a "reward" and a challenge for being and/or becoming the largest party (it ensures good RP) |

Message | No, it ensures stale RP within the nation. By democratising the ability to propose the cabinet, to hold onto power becomes more of a challenge, and it makes for a better RP, since it is otherwise impossible to bring down a bad government. Just think how easily the Union of the Godless would have been quelled with such legislation. |
