MessageArticle 1, in addition to being repugnant to HNP policies of devolution, is actually not allowing the market to decide for itself in that it regulates the fireworks industry and removes a rather large market (11-17 year olds) from them. We oppose Articles 2 and 3 on grounds of morality.
