Bill: Judgment/Punishment/Finish

Details

Submitted by[?]: 帝国公明党 (Teikoku Kōmeitō)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 2590

Description[?]:

The fact that we have'nt ended this whole damned trial thing is quite frankly ridiculous.
We need to finish the trial so we can go onto to focus more on important things.

Now if no one else is going to make the bill for it I'll make the god damned thing myself.
With the executions and everything.

MessageI think the problem with the Civilian trial system is that execution is not an option, since that would require an ex post facto judgment by the courts. Only the legislature can do such a thing (through a bill of attainder). I have a finished court sentencing bill standing by, however, should others wish to go forward with the civilian court system.
