| This act gives the government and individual parties the right to act against acknowledged terrorist organisations without any sanction. Parliament has to acknowledge every terrorist organisation and they are listed with three different degrees. 1st Degree Terrorist Organisations are the most dangerous and government is allowed to take any action against against them AND the nations harbouring them. 2nd Degree Terrorist Organisations are the next dangerous and government is allowed to take any action against them in any nation. 3rd Degree Terrorist Organisations are the least dangerous and government is allowed to take any action against them in our country. We also propose the first terrorist organisations to be acknowledged and ranked like this: 1st Degree Terrorist Organisations: Pan-Terran Red Army 2nd Degree Terrorist Organisations: Comintern |

| Message | If this legislation was passed, Darnussia would be in a constant state of war with multiple nations. Is the NIF aware of the number of nations that have parties involved in the Pan-Terran Red Army? We fail to see how such legislation would benefit Darnussia, unless the terrorist group has performed an action that has directly and negatively affected our nation, and the Darnussian retaliation was limited to the terrorist orginization itself, not the nation harboring it. |

| Message | Granted. So I guess the question is how do we determine when such action is needed? We believe it should only be conducted after direct attack from such a group. Also how do we go about determining "acknowledged terrorists?" It seems very biased that the P-TRA is included on the list, but the Axis Alliance of Terra is not, when both of them have basically the same goal of spreading influence and both have invaded our nation. The UPP does not support either group, and believes that neither should have troops on Darnussian soil. |

| Message | Since the PRF has made no alliances with these groups there is no reason why we cant support but we also haven't had any problems with them. We shall oppose for now but if in the future the PRF feels that Darnussia is threatened by them then we will support this bill being proposed again. |

| Message | This bill seems to be nothing more than personal issues with ideologies that are opposite to your own. We personally think that the organizations the DLA is in, like the Global Nationalist Brigade, sound pretty terroristic too, with its encouragement of building militias out of political supporters and various other things they mention. The ATP strongly opposes this bill. |

| Message | Global Nationalist Brigade has never interfered with other nations sovereginty ever. PTRA does that all the time, actually it is the only thing they do. When they see a spot where 1% of the population wish communist state, they intervene and force it to the rest 99%. They are Global Terrorists who should be brought to justice. And for PRF, Clenon is currently occupied by PTRA forces. They are invading our nation without the support of the majority of the parties. |
