MessageThe local governments should provide those funds themselves.

MessageIt's not really much of a change is it? Still, we'll probably vote no, because of (a) the bureacracy involved would lower the affect of the funds, and (b) we believe the national government is well equipped to preserve our cuture as it is. But if a majority of the other parties decide to vote "yes", we will go along with it.

MessageIts hardly a change.
I see nothing wrong with it being run by the national govt.
Unless you can convince us otherwise...

MessageWe changed the proposal because we follow BTP's point of view: if local governments could decide over museum policy, they should be responsible over the funding.
Why it should be local? We think that the local level decides the best which museums (of which - local - artists) there should be in her city.

Random fact: When forming a cabinet, try to include as few parties as possible, while still obtaining a majority of the seats.

Random quote: "You will win, but you will not convince. You will win, because you possess more than enough brute force, but you will not convince, because to convince means to persuade. And in order to persuade you would need what you lack, reason and right in the struggle." - Miguel de Unamuno
