Article 1: The Supreme Court Justices shall be appointed by each party of the assembly not to exceed eight and no less than three. Article 2: Each Supreme Court Justice shall be appointed by one political party. Unless otherwise stated the shadow cabinet member or elected cabinet member of the Department of Justice shall be appointed. Article 3: Each Justice is appointed for life to his post or thirty years. Article 4: The Chief Justice shall be the Cabinet member of the Department of Justice. Upon the creation of a new cabinet, the new cabinet member of the Department of Justice shall be Chief Justice. Article 5: Colonel Jean Bergeron shall be sworn in as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Article 6: The Assembly establishes the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Circuit of Appeals Courts or Federal Courts that shall correspond to each region. The Assembly shall also establish State Courts in each region that shall have jurisdiction on all trial and civil matters. Article 7: This resolution becomes void upon the changing of Court law by the Assembly. Article 8: An article featuring the Court system, the names of all Supreme Court Justices, and any court cases that may emerge shall be placed on the Wiki. |
