In order to give the poor some tax cuts, we had to increase taxes on the rich just a little bit. Here's how it worked out: >600 LOD- Received a 3% cut >850 LOD- Received a 2% cut >1200 LOD- Received a 3% cut Minor changes for the rich. They just have to pay slightly more. The middle class was not touched. |

Message | We in the Conservative Party wanted a tax relief for our citizens badly. But we just can't support this. It's okay to relief the poor a little with giving the rich some more. I can understand your policy. The problem tends to be that you're actually giving tax cuts to someone who gets enough benefits as it is. The poor people of this nation is not in bad shape. And I would rather propose a tax relief for the Average Joe instead. Summed up: Not a tax relief for the poor, as they got enough benefits. But rather a middle-class tax relief. We could propose a tax relief but we need to decrease spending otherwise it wouldn't work. |

Message | Since we currently cannot decrease spending, we can't give it to the average citizen. I tried my best but I will not give tax cuts and then put us in deficit spending. |

Message | Is it a serious matter of putting us into a small deficit? A tax cut would be positive. And I believe we could pay it off quite quickly. |

Message | At least I wouldn't do it. I believe there is not reason to put us in a deficit spending. Yes, I want tax cuts for the people but not at the expense of a deficit. To me, that is irresponsability by the government. We have had the taxes like they are now for a good 50 years or so. A couple of more years won't make much difference. We need to sort out our Finances before we do anything. |

Message | the LLP feel that this is a step in the wrong direction. as the CP said the poor are the ones getting all the benefits, the rich and upper middle class just pays out and get almost nothing in return (they are forced into public school, but they can afford privat health care and so on) Therfore increasing there tax even more is just wrong. Alot of the people who have alot of money worked hard to get to that place, and we shouldnt just punish them for working to achieve that, and rewarding not working all that hard and ending up with a worse job. But also we in the LLP supports a flat tax, and hope to in the future pass a fair tax (no income tax, only sales tax and corporations tax so what a person pays equals what they spend), we dont want a socially unjust tax like this |

Message | This is nothing other than playing a bad type of Robin Hood. As it's only giving the rich more taxes, and giving it to the poor. Which already has enough benefits as it is. We do not need a tax cut like this. What we need is a tax relief for the average Joe! |

Message | The poor have benefits because they need them. They are poor. Tax cuts for the middle class is not affordable now but this is a good start. We need to go step by step. LLP, we are not punishing them. If you earn a lot of money, you pay more taxes, that's how it works. If you actually check the numbers, the rich are not paying much more than they are already paying. |

Message | If this one doesn't pass, I wil propose another one giving more tax cuts to the middle class with the extra revenue. |
