| Dear Members of National Congress, Mr. President, Members of Government! RDF proposes an extention to our population politics. It is known that RDF supports socially responsible action, so this proposal is in accord with our opinions. Low- income families should be supported financially to be able to establish basic existence to the children. large families have the same problem. The first issue here is children benefit, therefore we call all congress parties to support this law. There is enough money in the state budget- why should we let that large families with lots of children suffer financially because of that, we can help them!
