Message"by swear to the International Monarchist League to never attack, dethrone or destroy another monarchy, unless they attack my nation"

This treaty is the work of a pacifist. Due to this clause, we say nay.

MessageIt's written in the spirit that the legitimate monarchs of Terra are all brethren – we're still free to attack republics and dictatorships: ie the majority of Terran nations.

MessageWhilst my members are loyally devoted to our Empress, we are not sure that it would be in the interests of our nation for our government to always favour or disfavour other nations on the basis of whether they are monarchies or not. Our national interest must come first.

MessageThat is the oath of the IML, which is an international organization that is the offical league that all monarchs are in. This treaty is ment to show that you are a monarchy in Terra, or at least a recognised one, which is good considering that Luthori is the mother of all Empires.

MessageIt is how the organization is wored. Basiclly the IML determins what is and what is not a monarchy. If a nation is deemded a monarch, then why should one fight it. Now it is not saying you have to like them, and it is not saying you have to ally with them and fight Republic forces. All the treaty says is that your government "MOTHER OF ALL EMPIRES" is a monarch, that is recognized by the IML. That is it. Really you are reading into it way to far. It is not binding you to anything, it is just seperating you from the dicators and the want to be monarchs of Terra.

MessageWe have reluctantly decided to vote Yes for this treaty, simply to uphold the Monarchy.
