Message | Do you seriously believe the only thing that prevents this happening is this law? Perhaps the government should pass a law requiring people to walk on two feet - I am sure that, if left to their own devices, people would be entirely incapable of realising how to walk properly. |

Message | The law ensures that people can be punished for acting in such a manner, which should hopefully ensure that it won't happen. If this law doesn't exit then we are left to rely upon non-legal codes of practice, which may or may not be instituted, and could only apply to businesses. |
