MessageBusiness is an inherently capitalist institution - under a socialist society, there would be no need for new businesses, as the boom and bust cycle of capitalism will be gone. Of course new operations will have to be created to deal with technological change, but these will be implemented by workers councils. We feel this system would be more efficient - the workers on the ground have a much better understanding of how to employ new technology, rather than the capitalist class who judge a new technology by the bottom line of whether it can turn a profit or not.

MessageTruly bizarre. The DLP wants to completely wreak havoc on our GDP and make us the economic laughing stock of the world.

MessageOn the whole, we'd suggest your foreign policy has already achieved that.

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation.
