| A study by the Ministry of Education and Culture has found that the indigenous Dolgarian peoples originated in Vascania. Since it is rightly Dolgaria's, we propose to claim it. We also propose to send an expedition there. There are also other nations who have claimed this area, so we also propose to send two military units to defend the Dolgarian claims against any attacks from other countries who are trying to take land that is rightfully ours. |

| Message | While Teika fully supports our troops and fully understands a need for defense (e.g. see Deterrent Act) as Nationalists we can't support imperialist adventures just because some centuries ago ancestors of somebody lived somewhere else. This would present an unacceptable breach of the self-determination principle. If there is a demand for an expedition to Vascania, we think, the Ministry of Education and Culture could help to arrange sending a couple of Girl Scout units there. |
