Mr Speaker,

While we are VERY suportive of Article III, we simply cannot allow the other proposals to pass.

MessageMr Speaker,

Article 1 is a step in the right direction, and we strongly support Article 2 as it gives more of a say to local people over the running of their councils. We find Article 3 rather anomalous in democratic terms, but despite our objection to it, we will support the Bill as a whole.
