Proposals
Article 1

Old value:: The government offers free contraceptives in pharmacies and public toilets.
Current: The government does not supply free or discounted contraceptives.
Proposed: Contraceptives are banned for religious reasons.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Government policy with respect to the death penalty.
Old value:: The death penalty is applied for capital crimes.
Current: The death penalty is illegal and is never to be applied.
Proposed: Religious doctrine determines the death penalty.
Article 3
Proposal[?] to change The governments stance on religious schools.
Old value:: Only recognised religions may set up religious schools, with no regulations.
Current: Any religion may set up a school, with no regulations.
Proposed: All schools are required to be religious in nature.

Message | Again, whilst we admire the religious sentiment, we feel that some of the articles go too far. We have reservations about the mandatory nature of many of the articles. We will unfortunately vote against. |
