Whereas, the Deltarian government intends to enslave Jelbanian citizens living in Deltaria; and, http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=200730 Whereas, the Deltarian government is dumping toxic waste into Lake Majara in violation of the Lake Majara Treaty. Whereas, the dumping of industrial toxins into the lake will damage fishing, tourism, and general living conditions for those living on the coast; and, Whereas, the Deltarian government has been given three years warning that their behavior is not acceptable by international standards; and, Whereas, the governments of Zadugal and Cobura have condemned the actions taken by Deltaria. Therefore, the National Assembly of Jelbania shall authorize war against Deltaria until all Jelbanian citizens are free and the dumping of toxic chemicals into the lake ceases. |
