Bill: Private Waste Disposal Act.
Details
Submitted by[?]: Liberal-Progressive Union
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 2116
Description[?]:
This bill allows one private industry to exist without government involvement. More buisnesses that open can only help this nation. I implore the other parties to allow a buisness to exist independtly. The sane job gets done but the monolithic government will have a limited but profitable role. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change Waste disposal responsibility.

Current: The government is responsible for waste disposal.
Proposed: Waste disposal is left entirely to the private sector and is unregulated.

Message | Are we a Federal Republic, or a Peoples Republic? I believe we are overregulating in industry and civilian life. I know this wont pass but I won't watch our great nation become a government monopoly that dictates citizens lives from cradle to grave. |

Message | Perform the same function, but the government is a magical, wonderous industry that turns gravel into gold. Totalitarianism on the horizon, but I belive that to can be nationalised. |

Message | What are you talking about? Is private industry banned...no. Do we stop private industry from operating in sectors that are controlled by Government...generally, no. Are we a Federal Republic...not if I've got any say in the matter, no. I would love to know why you feel the Government dictates the citizens lives from cradle to grave. We provide for the poor the ability to live a basic existence, whats wrong with that? Those who want to own and operate industries are perfectly allowed and we don't impede them and we fail to see why operating a State Waste disposal service stops Private Industry operating. |

Message | Allowed to own minor industries only ,and your impeding this buisness correct? |

Message | "all other industries are under private ownership." - This is the wording of our laws. Not minor industries, not small industries, all other industries. The only industries the Government operates is those that are deemed to be in the public good. It's a shame you can't check on the existing laws of this Country without jumping to conclusions, so again I ask, how does this impede business and why would I want to impede this business? If I remember, It was I who voted with you, and introduced the original law, to allow private industry to produce arms. In what way does this impede business? |

Message | Every major industry on the proposals are all state regulated. The ones that are not are descriptions from the bill. I'm not blaming you or anybody else, that would be an unacceptable thing to do on my part. I just have concerns and believe we should rethink some things, thats all. Each have our own ideas and thats just how it is. |

Message | We will oppose another misthought proposal which will undoubtedly make our ecological position a lot worse. |
