| The RAFC is a paramilitary organization in Cobura. Due to close proximity of Cobura to us we must take action to protect ourselves. Despite the Cobura government's banning of paramilitary organizations, the RAFC refuses to give up their arms and dismisses the ban all together. The RAFC has communist affiliations which fits the definition of a communist threat outlined in the anti-communis treaty. http://www.takeforum.com/particracy/viewtopic.php?t=10092&mforum=particracy Article 1: The Jelbanian government officially lists the RAFC as a terrorist organization. Article 2: The Jelbanian government will arrest or detain any RAFC member existing on Jelbanian soil or within the water rights of Jelbania. The RAFC member's arms will be taken away and he or she will be sent back to Cobura for justice. Article 3: Granted the RAFC acheives a majority coalition in Cobura and ends the Cobura ban on them, the Jelbanian government will still consider them as a terrorist organization so long as they are independent of the Cobura military. |
