MessageBecause frankly, if you work hard to get money, why should you have almost half of it taken away? Trust me, if a company is big enough to gain millions and millions, it also needs to put millions back in - to pay the workers at the bottom that you go on so much about, etc. Now, if you up tax to 45%, not only will there be less money to put back in and less money for the poor workers (and don't say that it won't go to them because all corporations are evil Commie, you overestimate human greed in these circumstances and then don't take into account publicity, active work force and other such factors), but also corporations that may benefit the state may have to shut down as profits sink to low or even subzero as money still has to be put back in (and either way productivity will lessen), AND small businesses set up by entrepreneurs of any class will, in more cases, fail to get off the ground due to high tax.

So - don't pass this bill, for the sake of...*clears throat*: The Working Classes, The State, the Populace as a Consumer, our Economic Prosperity, the level of corporation-related Amenities, Services and Helpful Products, and New Ideas and Entrepreneurs in general.

Or, to lay this in to even simpler minds - don't pass this bill because it will make our citizens' lives worse.

Messagewho's work?
And when i say corporations are evil it is partly of what i have seen in the Netherlands which is uber social democracy. You can not try to control such corporations... publicity, active work force and other such factors were also irrelevant during the industrial age. As they are now... Read just one small little book on corporations like Gunter Wallraff a good german author....
http://www.guenter-wallraff.com/
He goes undercover in several companies and then shows how they avoid social democracy.
Also i dont underestimate human greed look at the industrial age... bourgeouisie is as greedy as it can get. I'm learning management at the moment and when you learn on personel-management they learn you that they are less then you and you have to show your authority and just fire them when not working well! etc... etc...
Even though something might be going on which causes them to not work well but ok... it is learning to disregard human emotions over profit...
We still have some nationalized industry right? So your words only count for the small businesses, why nopt nationalize them too?

Message30% isn't enough for you? It's not like the country is teeming with private corporations anyway, due to our LOVELY communist policies.
