Description[?]:

Mr Speaker,

Luthori has a long tradition of having an official state-sanctioned church, the Church of Luthori. Many of my members are devoted to it, and as a party we fully support it. However, the Church of Luthori has been around many centuries and has amassed a substantial amount of wealth and property along the way. We feel it is unfair for tax-payers to continue to be asked to pay the salaries of church priests.

MessageMr Speaker,

My members find it difficult to fathom why the Capitalists so forcibly opposed state welfare benefits for the poor and state pensions for the elderly, and yet are so determined to insist the tax-payer foots the salaries of priests who could and should be funded by the church.

MessageMr Speaker,

I'm afraid the Honourable Member has clearly misunderstood certain fundamental facts about the Holy Luthori Empire. The Church IS the State.
