MessageThoughts, anything else you'd like to see, etc? I'll remove the OOC bits at the top and bottom before moving it to vote (to clear it up some).

MessageAdjust the bill to use personal insurance as a last resort, if national healthcare is not an option/available. I'm a huge fan of redundancy anyway, to be honest.

MessageI would say that the fines should be increased to a minumum of $100 and a maximum of $1,500, since that's mor ethe range that would actually be an influential amount.

MessageI agree. A $20 fine isn't even a slap on the wrist. $1000..... May be getting there. I'm thinking even higher, personally. Not that I favor the idea of the bill in the slightest, but to make a difference at least

MessageFines adjusted. Wasn't sure where to put them, seeing as how prostitution services aren't counted in more than 3 digits (I should think). I mean, I don't know, maybe they do make several thousand a day? I don't know anything about the cost of it, really.

MessageI have serious reservations against legal prostitution... actually, to be honest, it disgusts me. Call Girls and Prostitutes are two VERY seperate breeds, and prostitutes are filthy, disgusting creatures that pose risk to public health in so many way I can't even begin. The ones who have tried to push their services on me have been, to say the least, very aggressive in their "marketing". In short, "hookers" disgust me to no end. One of them even stepped out into traffic, while pregnant, to try and win a huge settlement! Endangering her unborn child for MONEY!

Ugh. ::fumes:: But, yeah. If it's legal, then I just wanted to do some things that make it not a free-for-all. I had a long rant against it all written here, but upon re-reading my post it sounded really...angry. So, I cut it. ::shrug::

MessageMoved bill to vote, after the above adjustments were all taken care of. If there are any other adjustments not previously mentioned, we could draft a new bill, but this should take care of all the desired adjustments.

Messagelol...I'm assuming those are the $2000 call girls I keep reading about in the papers, the ones all the politicians are sleeping with...

Don't see many of them on the street corners, unfortunately.

MessageCP opposes legalizing prostitution, however, given that the law does stand, we will support the legislature to make the law work.

MessageI agree. It's painful, but if we are to tolerate evil, the least we can do is make it as tolerable as possible.

Random fact: The people in your nation don't like inactive parties. When you often abstain from voting for a bill, they will dislike your party and your visibility to the electorate will decrease significantly. Low visibility will means you are likely to lose seats. So keep in mind: voting Yes or No is always better than Abstaining.
