| Message | Article 1: I'd be willing to consider this. Article 2: No, I have done some research into gated communities and discovered they are a major cause of social division and ghettos. This leads to the rotting of cities from the inside out and is generally bad for Kanjor as a whole. Article 3: Once again, I'd be willing to consider this. Article 4: This is the only vehicle for reforming prisoners allowed in the system so far. If we make no attempt to reform our prisoners we are only holding them captive for periods of time before releasing them on society angrier at society than they were before. This seems very unreasonable to me. I oppose. |

| Message | Curfews are used very often during natural disasters, and I'm afraid the criteria for grave emergency would include at least some war situations which opens up a can of worms. So I'm going to sit back and wait a while before I vote. I'd like to see if anyone has any interesting points for or against these and see how people vote. |
