Ok ok, I have changed my mind, as much as I want equal rights for everyone and stuff, I cant back same sex marriage. Im sorry, but as a religous person, I do not feel its right, and I know that we dont want to mix religion with the government, but we live in a society filled with morals and old values, and Im not ready to give them up and allow same sex couples to marry. |

Message | Its natural between a man and a woman, not a man and a man or a woman and a woman. |

Message | That's debatable... As a religious person, I do not feel that it is right to force my beliefs upon any other person, and thus cannot support this. |

Message | Im not forcing my beliefs onto anyone, but to face the facts, not everyone in society is religious but most believe that a marriage is a sacred bond between a man and a woman. |

Message | That isn't true, at least in Canada, in fact, a vast majority wanted to legalize gay marraige with a VERY vocal minority wanting it to remain illegal |

Message | Um maybe in Canada, but unfortunatly, not everyone is that accepting of Gay marriage in other parts of the world like in Australia, for instance, a few years ago in Sydney, the gay rights parada thingy went ahead, and lots of people were attacked after wards.. So im saying, people can go to more accepting places, marry, have the documents, and then return here. I know that sounds confusing, but it does make sense. |
