Reduces the number of proposals from 8 to 5. Since a year goes by quickly here, I suspect this won't be a problem.

MessageWe think its necessary to prevent every session from being flooded by dozens of proposals. Since two years goes by quickly, it is not unreasonable to have a lower amount of allowed proposals, so as to still provide for a decent number, but keep the assembly from being overwhelmed.

MessageWith 8 parties, this will still allow 40 proposals a year. We've never come close to that level, have we?

Messageno I don't know it will make a difference, but it might make parties pause if they think they will run out.
It really matters for the new parties more, so would like to hear from them.

MessagePersonally I don't raelly see the point in this, other than restricting democracy in theory. In practice will it actually achieve anything?
