On passing with the support of the HOS, HOG and Foreign Affairs minister as well as more than half of the legislature this bill will deploy 600,000 Red Army troops to Arkutsk in order to secure our control over the territory. Message | OOC: In total our army is around 1,900,000. We should be pretty safe. And that is only active personnel. |

Message | OOC: When I say red army btw I mean the Trigunian Army (I assumed it would probably now be called that) |

Message | Arkutsk itself was taken over by Kazulian forces not too long ago, during Trigunia's governmental crisis. The Christian Soldiers, who then controlled the Ministry of Defence authorised this, and it was made official. If you try to deploy troops to Arkutsk you will be 'invading' a sovereign, Dovani nation. We do not wish to see our Communist brothers fight against us. ~Konstantinos Doukas Minister of Foreign Affairs Folks Revolusjonær Kommunistiske Parti Nordiske Republikken av Kazulia |

Message | "If Trigunian soldiers are foolish enough to 'deploy' to sovereign Kazulian territory, all that will happen is they'll be re-deployed back to Trigunia in a body bag. Your fight belongs with the other Kerissian nations in the fight for the KCCP, not with us over a petty colonial end. But if push comes to shove we will invoke Dovani for Dovanians." ~Grand Commander Rodion Timiryazev |

Message | I was not aware, and have changed my vote to a no. We ask our Kazulian brothers not to take any drastic action while the Trigunian branch of the New KCCP re-evaluates the situation. |

Message | We have no issues with Trigunia. In fact, we applaud the KCCP. Kazulia is staunchly anti-monarchistic, and to see the tsar overthrown has given us great joy. |

Message | As defence minister, I oppose this move and it therefore doesn't pass. I believe this can be agreed on by my KCCP comrades, as we didn't fully understand the implications. |
