Message | Art. 1 While we do support some form of licensing for conceal and carry, we can not agree with leaving it to local governments. Art. 2 We support the version we have put to vote, and oppose this particular law. Art. 3 We believe people, with the proper license and training should be able to have any kind of weapon excluding WMD's. |

Message | We support the CP's version over the same version which the DSP proposed, but are opposed to the third article, and we hesitantly support the first. However, our opposition to the third will send us against it. |

Message | We do not support. Local governments handling firewarms is just about as stupid as you can get in my book, unless you regulate the flow of people over said borders (if you'd like, I know a good debate on another forums on the issue, don't know if it requires registration) Mental illness clause we'd support seperate. Also "Citizens may own any type of weapon. They may be carried anywhere except as determined by the property owner" is the ideal setting I believe. |

Message | While we very much think local governments should set conceal and carry laws, our efforts to protect the interests of the Independent Militia force us to vote against. |
