Local governments handling firewarms is just about as stupid as you can get in my book, unless you regulate the flow of people over said borders (if you'd like, I know a good debate on another forums on the issue, don't know if it requires registration) Mental illness clause we'd support seperate. Also "Citizens may own any type of weapon. They may be carried anywhere except as determined by the property owner" is the ideal setting I believe. |
