Message | The SDP proposes this change in the tax rates to make it easier for citizens to calculate, with 3 easy 5% stepped increases instead of 5. The introduction of a tax free threshold also works in our Citizens favour, as it means those on the very low incomes get all the money that they have in order to survive. Also, this change in tax rates reduces government tax reciepts, decreasing the tax burden for Malivian Citizens, especially for those on lower incomes who can least afford it. In all, the SDP believes that this proposal will make our tax system fairer, and continue the process of cutting taxes begun last year after a succesful economic expansion program funded by tax increases. |

Random fact: It is possible for a player to transfer ownership of a character or a royal house to another player. This should be done in a public way, such as on the Character Transfers thread, so that if a dispute arises in the future, Moderation can be pointed towards evidence of the transfer. |
