A Hobrazia with 'open borders' is strongly desired by the CPH, and restrictions to movement are nothing but the vestiges of an oppressive past; therefore we move to get rid of them.

MessageThis has got to be the single most idiotic attempt of a piece of legislation we have ever had the misfortune to see pass before this Chamber (and we've seen a lot).
A completely open border policy allows people to bring whatever they wish into this Country, whether it be illegal or not, and opens the nation up to massive increases in crime without any ability to stop or reduce it. For the sake of the safety the people of this nation we encourage all parties, whatever their political persuasion, to vote against this foolhardy bill.

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play".

Random quote: "I worked at a factory owned by Germans, at coal pits owned by Frenchmen, and at a chemical plant owned by Belgians. There I discovered something about capitalists. They are all alike, whatever the nationality. All they wanted from me was the most work for the least money that kept me alive. So I became a communist." - Nikita Khrushchev
