These ten proposals represent the distilment of what the ideology of Seldonism is in a nutshell. The overarching idea of Seldonist Philosophy is that Happiness is the ideal state of the human race and it is the purpose of an All-Powerful and All-Loving Goverment to secure Happiness for all of it's citizens. All other concepts and ideas must be sacrificed for the sake of Happiness. |

Article 1
Proposal[?] to change The government's policy on advertising
Old value:: All advertising is permitted.
Current: All advertising is permitted.
Proposed: Only governmental organisation advertising is permitted.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change The citizens' right to assemble in public.
Old value:: The police may only disperse a crowd if a state of emergency has been declared.
Current: The police may only disperse a crowd if a state of emergency has been declared.
Proposed: The police may disperse a group without giving any reason.
Article 3
Proposal[?] to change Education for children under adult age.
Old value:: Education is compulsory, but home schooling is permitted.
Current: Education is compulsory and has to happen at school.

Proposal[?] to change Eminent Domain.
Old value:: The government may not seize private property.
Current: The government may seize private property for vital government works.
Proposed: The government may seize private property for any reason.
Article 5

Old value:: The government allows local governments to craft agricultural subsidy policy.
Current: Agricultural crops which are considered beneficial to the enviroment or to the continued ecological safety of the state are subsidized.
Proposed: All agricultural operations are state-owned and operated.

Old value:: There are laws against the publication of false information; everything else may be published freely.
Current: There are laws against the publication of false information and hate speech.
Proposed: It is forbidden to criticize the government, or publish any material that the government does not approve of.

Proposal[?] to change The nation's policy on the separation of the police and the military.
Old value:: A civilian police force is in place and the military may be called in to help in serious emergencies.
Current: A civilian police force is in place and the military may be called in to help in serious emergencies.
Proposed: The military acts as a de-facto police force, with powers of arrest.

Old value:: The government subsidises the cost of pharmaceutical drugs for people on low incomes.
Current: The government pays partially for all citizens' pharmaceutical drugs, and pays entirely for those of low income citizens.
Proposed: The government pays for all citizens' pharmaceutical drugs.

Old value:: The operation and funding of the police is left to local governments.
Current: There is a national police department funded by the national government and there are local police departments, funded by local governments.
