| In order to create a healthy and Happy society, the SCP wishes to pass this simple measure which would introduce Population Controls in Lodamun. No longer shall population growth be an unstable factor in the glorious equation of our nation but rather a predictable variable that shall serve to build harmony across the math of Terra! |
