MessageWe object to the arrogance of the liberal coalition repeatedly proposing cabinet coalitions that leave nearly one half of Malivians unrepresented. If you wish to continue your tyranny of the slight majority, we would ask that you pick a cabinet and stick with it, so as to stop wasting the time of the legislature with these predetermined proposals.

MessageMalivia Left would like to point out that these cabinet coalitions are not 'wasting the time' of the legislature. If the SSD does not wish to 'waste their time' on these proposals, they are not forced to vote on them. It is part of a democracy that the majority rules - therefore, as the majority of the parliament, regardless of how 'slight' you consider it to be, we are the parties who are in power. The SDP and ML bloc won the last election, therefore we have the power and right to form the coalition government. If and when the SSD and UM win a majority of seats, and thus the support of a majority of the population, we at ML would not object to your bloc forming a coalition government. This is the basis of a democratic government.
