Message | We agree actually. If our citizens pump crack into their bodies, our country will become a mess. |

Message | We agree NPP. We are not fond of drug use either, but we believe there are better ways to reduce the use of drugs than by making them illegal. This will not reduce demand, but merely increase the power of drug dealers to fill this demand - and of course result in forced prostiution and human trafficking and so on that accompanies drug dealing. We are in favour of the regulation of drugs - in which they are sold/provided by the government on specialised premises. This will ensure they are safer than street drugs, and allow health professionals to monitor individuals' well-being, undercut drug dealers, and ensure that drugs are used in a safe environment. It also means that the government can offer free services to get people off of drugs - as well as reducing the 'thrill' factor of taking drugs because it won't be a taboo anymore, and thus some people who take them because of this will lose interest. This is not an ideal solution, but since people will always take drugs, it is necesary to esnure that the drugs they take are safe, not empowering large-scale criminals, and are taken on a safe premises away from children (and so on) and around health professionals. |
