This bill will give extra powers to the Al'Badaran judiciary. They will be given the power to enact a State of Emergency either on a nation-wide or state-wide basis. All political figures are answerable to the decisions of the Judiciary and the body may call any legislative decisions unconstitutional by unanimous decision, so blocking their passing. The law is the final voice of justice, and must be supported. |

Old value:: Every person has the right to appeal against a judgement and to have it reviewed by a higher court.
Current: Every person has the right to appeal against a judgement and to have it reviewed by a higher court.
Proposed: Judgements may only be appealed against for grave procedural errors.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Curfew policy (curfew time to be determined in the bill description).
Old value:: No-one may use streets or public property beyond the curfew time.
Current: The national government may impose curfews, but only if a state of emergency has been declared.
