MessageThis budget is designed to go in line with the new income taxation proposal. If the income tax proposal passes, then this budget, designed to maintain a surplus, is strongly suggested to be ratified. This budget will still be strongly suggested to be ratified in the event that the income taxation proposal fails.

The SP would like to hear other parties opinions on this and the taxation legislation, so that we may clear up any questions that are raised.

Both proposals will be left for debate until early 2603.
