MessageWe are not sure of this proposal. Similar to the FPP, we like the spirit, and simplicity is good. But they are also right in saying that the smaller the number of seats we have, the less capacity anyone will have to get their legislation passed. We will abstain for now until we have come to a conclusion about this.
