| Following on from the successful withdrawal from the Anti-Spam Treaty, we propose to make foreign embassies legal to all other nations within Terra, for reasons explained in the previous bill. |

| Message | We fear allowing them broad range to establish embassies represents an unnecessary loss of our national sovereignty. If the liberal government wishes for all countries, even our enemies, to be able to establish a territorial presence in the form of an embassy on Malivian land, we suggest that they use their authority (vested in the Foreign Affairs ministry) to follow Kalistani's idea of establishing an embassy row where we would be able to provide security in the area. |
