MessageAs with the recent proposal to change this law, it was generally agreed that during a state of emergency people should not be allowed to convene where there is significant risk to their health. For instance, during a state of emergency during a weather crisis, people should not be allowed to gather in protest in the weather. This could lead to unnecessary loss of life, and so we will support the law being held as it is, protecting Sekowo's citizens!
