Proposals

Proposal[?] to change Guarantee of minimum income.
Old value:: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government. However, the provision of this is not to exceed a certian period of time.
Current: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a reasonable, though not high, standard of living by the government.
Proposed: There shall be no direct cash payments to individuals to guarantee a minimum income.

Message | Under current Law the sick and the uneducated only get money for a period of time. So already those who are ill or disabled may not be able to collect Welfare. So for the most part all people currently collecting welfair are probaly those who are to lazy to work. Or to much of a screw up to get a job. |
