Childcare Program WHEREAS, raising children is a strenuous and often expensive task for parents; And, UNDERSTOOD, the best alternative to traditional childcare and family - state farms for children - is not yet sufficiently popular; The state shall create a national childcare program to offer benefits to all parents raising children. |

Message | Even to rich families? The current law is reasonable in that it targets those who are really in need of the help. Granting money to all families is just bad policy, especially since we can focus more of our resources in helping the less fortunate. |

Message | We want a universal program, especially to help the working class mother who does not usually receive aid. Targeting aid to the lower classes alone is an extension of the class war waged by the aristocracy to divide the working and lower classes, creating a perceived class of beggars and a class of the begged, to which the working-class and the aristocracy would belong together, unite in their dislike for the begged. Making benefits universal removes this caste system, and declares our intention to assist all families and all mothers. |
