Bill: Strike Authorization
Details
Submitted by[?]: Party for a Federal Meritocracy
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 2605
Description[?]:
Currently a union may strike even if its members do not support such an action. Given the disruption to workers lives and income this is irrational. Any action that has such a reach of consequences should only be allowed if a majority of those affected support it. |
