| This act aims to compensate for the irregularities in the constitution regarding youth's rights. This act aims to protect the universal rights of every children. We believe that children, born or unborn, share every right a privileged adult has. The unjustifiable cessation of their beginning life also means the gradual decent of our nation. The youth is the hope of the nation. He/she could be the scientist who shall invent a cure to drastic diseases we have now and so on. The youth of today in every nation are the very citizens who shall soon govern or lead the country to progress or damnation. Protect their rights for a better future. |
