Description[?]:
In order to declare and set forth the Plan which the Progress Party wants the Parliament to evaluate. We need a declaration from the Parliament to set forth this plan, as a Step 1 in the plan. This is NOT saying that you agree to our Plan at all, we just need to declare that everybody see that we have an Environmental Problem in order to start rehabilitating this problem. The Progress Party proposes: -The Parliament acknowledges that we have Environmental problems which needs to be solved, and we will prioritize this. -The Parliament will consider Plans setting Environmental issues to a day by day basis. Signed, Parliament group of Progress Party. |

Message | OOC: LLP, it's only that I need a declaration in order for my plan to be passed through. It's not a plan you would oppose much, I believe. If you would follow the RP on the news you would know more. If it's not gonna get passed, I'll never get my plan introduced to the parliament. |

Message | Excuse us, in the Progress Party. We have the power to declare this problem through the ministry, and the parliament do not need to be bothered saying wheter it is a problem or not. Signed, Dean Johson, Minister of Environment and Tourism. |

Message | Mr. Johnson, even though I believe we have an environmental crisis, something we have tried to mention quite often and we have put more money to it, I think that Parliament should give its consent on whether or not it believes there is a crisis. Look at it this way, if this bill passes, it means Parliament will consider and probably pass any plans to help the situation. If Parliament refuses to acknowledge that we have a crisis, then your plan will probably fail. The Progress Party is taking the recommended step here. Message | Dear Mr. Keylar. We will of course let the Parliament decide wheter it supports or not. But we are still declaring the situation that the Ministry of Enviroment and Tourism can say that there is an environmental crisis. And we of course prefer that the Parliament decides. Message | I couldn't agree with you more on that. The Ministry of Environment and Tourism has to be the first government institution to declare that. I do have some questions about the plan and I will prefer to ask you in private. I might be ablr to help you with it. Jonathan Keylar National Chairman of the Liberal Party |

Have consulted as they want Liberal Party's Spokesman on Enviroment as a Deputy Minister and Advisor on this post. As we have a lot of work ahead of us. Message | I'll be glad to serve as Deputy Minister and Advisor. Thank you for the offer. Michelle Jones OOC: You know I am not going to have time to write any reports or anything like that, right? I have enough reports to write in real life. I'll talk to you later. |

Message | OOC: Yeah I know that, but I want you as an advisor on how to write the reports, where to put them, what the ministry can do etc. You know the laws and procedures a lot better than me. |
