Message | Hm. 1 is bad, 4 is good. 2 and 3... The juxtaposition of the current legislation with the proposed legislation would seem to imply that private TV and radio stations are not currently allowed, but that can't be right. |

Message | On 2 and 3: We have assumed the current law means that there are state-owned stations used for educational and informational purposes with no interference on the ability of industry to set up their own privately-owned stations for business purposes (presumably entertainment). |
