| The validity of our colonies has been contested by Sekowo, an overly extended empire that has half our military power. It has also been contested by communist red army legions. In any case, we must defend the Namviet colonies with military strength. This bill authorizes the following articles: Article 1: The Jelbanian military shall defend against all attacks or claims by foreign governments on lands within the Namviet borders. If such foreign governments and foreign militaries are already present in Namviet, regardless of their claim, the Jelbanian military shall escort them to the border. If they refuse to leave, they shall be forcibly removed. If they take up arms against the Jelbanian military they shall be targeted for destruction. Article 2: The colony of Namviet, upon the involuntary or voluntary removal of all foreign government officials and foreign military personal shall be considered Jelbanian territory. Any attack on Namviet, whether it be foreign or domestic shall be seen as an attack on Jelbanian itself which shall authorize automatic military defense. |
