Bill: Emminent Domain

Details

Submitted by[?]: Movement for Democratic Change

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 2607

Description[?]:

While we are personally opposed to the idea of government seizure of property, sometimes it is vital for public interest and government works. We believe this policy change is good for the government AND the public. It will allow the government to seize public property at the permission of the owner, who will determine compensation.
