Details
Submitted by[?]: Hete Brorskap
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 2607
Description[?]:
We propose establishing a network of regional industrial tribunals to adjudicate serious and sensitive cases where an employer is trying to fire striking workers. These panels need to be competent and informed, yet fair and impartial. We proposal each panel should consist of one-third representatives from the trade union/labour movement, one-third representatives of industry/employers and one-third appointed by the government.
