| Barmenia must rise to the top of the world at any cost possible. We are the greatest country on earth and we should keep it that way. The following is a plan proposed by the PGB to achieve our eternal place in terra. Step 1: Massive military buildup (This includes obtaining Chemical and Nuclear weapons) Step 2: Invade the Vanuku federation and annex the entire country (or at the very least Sovesta) Step 3: build a canal through Sovesta and increase trade between all countries of Majatra and the world. Step 4: Using funds from the canal, Continue military build up Step 5: Invade and supress the jews to the north Step 6: Invade Pontesi and remove the emperor step 7: This will be the choice of the parties in Barmenia, either invade the remaining countries in Majatra one at a time or make our way into the north by invading Malivia or Darnussia or both! Step 8: Claim our rightful place as rulers of terra for centuries to come. This is our attempt at destiny! some pansys will come out and say "This is simply barbaric" well, i say to you, it is only a matter of time before the foreign devils will take our lands. A new era will rise in terra, with Barmenia at the top of it all. HAIL BARMENIA RULERS OF TERRA! |

Proposal[?] to change Civil defence is the government's policy on providing shelters to be used in the event of attacks on major cities, mainly nuclear attacks and bombing.

Current: The government builds and maintains a network of shelters across the nation.
Proposed: No new buildings may be constructed unless they feature provisions for civil defence.

Old value:: People must first obtain a permit in order to carry concealed weapons.
Current: Where weapons are carried, this must be done openly.
Proposed: Some categories of weapon must be carried openly, others may be concealed.
