| Egelion, a sovereign nation in Keris, has been wrongfully attacked by the KCCP in an attempt to take over Egelion and solidify control in the Keris continent. The Minister of Defence is outraged at the KCCP's blatant attempts to destabalize a peaceful nation and calls upon the Supreme Council to approve military and economic support for the nation of Egelion. Now for the official stuff. ----- WHEREAS, Egelion is a peaceful nation that has done nothing to anger the world or committed any international crime WHEREAS, the Kerrisan Central Communist Party, also known as KCCP, has invaded Egelion for the purposes of merely power and the pursuit of it. WHEREAS, Egelion is a sovereign nation. WHEREAS, Jakania, another sovereign nation, has a duty to protect others when their sovereignty is put at risk. WHEREAS, the Ministry of Defense has already granted his approval for intervention in Egelion. BE IT RESOLVED BY A CONSTITUTIONAL MAJORITY, That United Jakania and the Jakanian Armed Forces do this day pledge military and economic support to be determined in a later bill to fight against their intruders, the KCCP. |
