No goods or people shall be allowed to enter or leave the cities without permission from the Department of Foreign Affairs. Article 3: The Beiteynuese Air Force shall be tasked with diverting all air traffic entering Beiteynuese air space from Nantashem, Y'Seah, or Givat Aliyah, or inside Beiteynuese air space attempting to land in Nantashem, Y'Seah, or Givat Aliyah. The Beiteynuese Air Force shall be given the power to shoot down any aircraft refusing to comply with its requests, to be used at their discretion.
